Delivery Information
We’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food right to your door—on time and with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how our delivery service works:
Placing Your Order
To help us plan and ensure smooth delivery:
- We ask that all orders are placed by 2:00 PM on the previous working day.
- For last-minute or same-day requests, don’t hesitate to contact us. We can usually accommodate on very short notice.
- If you are picking up the default address is Mustard , if you would like to pick it up from our sister store Mary & Me please write this in the notes.
Delivery Zones & Who Delivers
- Red and Blue Zones
These areas are usually delivered in-house by our own team.
However, during peak times or special circumstances, deliveries may come via our partners at Pedal Me. - Yellow Zone
Deliveries in this area are handled by our trusted courier service, Pedal Me.
Timing
Please note that deliveries may arrive up to 1 hour before your requested delivery time to allow for routing, traffic, and efficient scheduling. Be sure someone is available to receive your order during that window.
Order Cancellation Policy
All order cancellations must be made by 1:30 p.m. on the previous working day.
Cancellations made after this time will be charged in full.
